These sessions are 25 or 50 minutes and are offered to support practitioners in their mindfulness practice. Devon's areas of expertise are trauma informed/ nervous system informed mindfulness, as well as using mindfulness to work with anxiety, depression, big feelings and working with the inner critic. She also specializes in integration of mindfulness in daily life and support with creating a regular mindfulness practice.

Dharmettes are short talks on mindfulness topics. They are offered online, every Wednesday.

This group aims to use mindfulness to connect deeply with ourselves, each other and the nature that surround us.

Who: You! Great for beginners and seasoned mindfulness practitioners. This space is open to all and expressly invites queer and BIPOC folks.
